Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use the website of HomeOne Las Vegas Lights LLC ("HomeOne Las Vegas Lights," "we," "us," or "our") or request an estimate or service from us. We install permanent exterior LED lighting on homes in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. By using our website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and Online Tools

Any estimate, quote, or pricing information from our website, forms, or online tools is preliminary. Every home is different, so your final price depends on an on-site evaluation of your roofline and the details of your project.

  • A preliminary estimate is not a contract or a guaranteed price.
  • Your final price and scope are confirmed in a written estimate or agreement after we evaluate your home.
  • We may update an estimate if conditions at your home are different from what you described.

Property Access and Installation Day

To complete your installation safely and on schedule, please make sure of the following before we arrive:

  • You are authorized. You are the owner of the property, or you have the owner's permission for the work.
  • We have access. Gates are unlocked, and our team can reach the roofline and all areas where lights will be installed.
  • The work area is clear. Please move vehicles, furniture, and belongings away from the walls and areas where we will work.
  • Outdoor outlet. The power box plugs into an outdoor outlet. If you don't have one near the installation area, tell us before we schedule so we can review it.
  • Pets and people. Please keep pets secured and children away from the work area.
  • Known hazards. Tell us about anything we should know, such as fragile surfaces, existing wiring, or prior roofline work.

Single-story installations usually take about one day. Two-story installations usually take one to two days. Timing can change because of weather, access, or the condition of your home.

HOA Approval

If your home is in a homeowners association, you are responsible for getting any approval your community requires before we install. We can provide an HOA package on request to help with your approval request. We do not guarantee that any HOA will approve a project.

20-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Our installations come with a 20-year warranty on parts and labor under normal operating conditions. If your lights stop working, we come out and fix them.

The details of your warranty, including what it covers, any conditions, and whether it transfers to a new owner, are set out in your written agreement. If this page and your written agreement differ, your written agreement controls. To make a warranty request, call or email us using the contact details below.

Text Messages and Communications

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your estimate, appointment, installation, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
